Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor and TRX Qualified.  With over 15 years in the Fitness industry, Traci is well equipped to help you reach your goals and beyond.  In addition to coaching you to weight loss, muscle growth, cardio vascular endurance, balance and flexibilty, she can also offer nutrition and weight management advice, including meal palns.
